Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the QueenNest app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
1. The service
QueenNest helps families run the home: tasks, routines, calendar, pantry, shopping, recipes, meal plans, education, kids mode, voice commands and an optional AI assistant. Features may change, be added or be removed.
2. Account
- Accounts are for adults (18 or older). Children use the app only through kids mode, opened by an adult.
- You are responsible for the data you enter, including that of children in your care, and for keeping your access secure.
- Household administrators invite and remove adults and set permissions.
3. Household content
Content created in the household (tasks, calendar, recipes, photos and other records) belongs to the family. We use it only to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy. When an adult leaves or deletes their account, the household content stays with the remaining adults.
4. Premium
- Premium is a subscription billed by Google Play or the App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Prices, trial periods and taxes are shown in the store before purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically until cancelled in the store. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds follow the rules of the store where you bought it, without prejudice to your consumer rights.
- The benefit applies to the household the subscription is linked to.
5. AI credits
- Each household receives a monthly amount of AI credits that depends on the plan. On the free plan, extra credits can be earned with optional rewarded ads.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and do not carry over from one month to the next.
- AI can make mistakes. Always review its suggestions; nothing is saved without your confirmation.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for illegal activities, to harass others, to send offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights, to try to access other households’ data, to circumvent credit limits or to overload or attack the service. Recipes imported from third-party sites are for the family’s personal use; respect the authors’ rights.
7. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services such as Google (sign-in, Google Calendar and ads), app stores, RevenueCat, AI providers and recipe sites, each subject to its own terms.
8. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will work without interruptions or errors. Reminders and alerts are an aid and do not replace your own attention to important commitments such as health and medication. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law guarantees you.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time (see how). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the app or on this page, with the new effective date.
